Adnams ferments it fully before gently removing the alcohol via reverse osmosis, preserving the fruity, hoppy characteristics - elderflower, citrus, gooseberry, and rye spice - with a clean, dry finish. It’s vegan, low-calorie (around 12 kcal/100 ml), and - even gluten-free in its can form - retains the essence of “real beer” in a low-alcohol format.
