Description

Brewers have long used different strains of yeast to create different flavors in their beers. Mikkeller has developed a new yeast strain, mikkellensis, that they use in their Henry and His Science beer. This beer is designed to showcase the characteristics of this yeast strain, and has a sour note with lychee, grapefruit, and lime flavors.
